1) I am facing a technical issue. or The photobooth machine malfunctioned.

2) Do I have to make a booking / reservation?

• No. We’re a self photobooth studio. We operate on a strictly walk-in only basis.

3) I forgot to scan the QR code. or My QR code is not working.

• Please contact us via Telegram (@lookherephotostudiosg). We will get back to you ASAP!
• Please take note that photos expire after 24 hours. We may not be able to retrieve your digital copy if you contact us after 24 hours.

4) I can’t find a specific frame designs at the photobooth.

• Please contact us via Telegram (@lookherephotostudiosg). We will get back to you ASAP!
• Please ensure you select the correct frame cut / type of machine during the event period.

5) I got charged extra on my card.

6) The machine did not react after I made payment.

7)  I accidentally left my belongings at the photobooth.

8) The photobooth machine is not responding / hanged.

9) The photobooth machine suddenly shut down in the middle of my photobooth session.

• Please take note of our operational hours (10am - 11pm). Our photobooth machines will automatically shutdown between 11.15PM - 11.45PM.
